Onuahia Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Onuahia website, mobile app, or other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Services and any content, data, or other materials that you submit, post, or display on the Services (collectively, "User Content"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. You also agree not to use the Services to post or transmit any User Content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
- Harmful to minors in any way;
- False, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent;

- Interferes with the use or enjoyment of the Services by others;
- Infringes on any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party;
- Contains any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "spam," or any other form of solicitation;
Onuahia reserves the right to remove any User Content that it deems to be in violation of these Terms, or for any other reason, in its sole discretion. Onuahia also reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Services for any violation of these Terms.
3. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Onuahia, you grant Onuahia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services. You also agree that Onuahia may make your User Content available to third-party partners in connection with the Services.
4. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Onuahia. Onuahia has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Onuahia shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ONUAHIA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
ONUAHIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ONUAHIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ONUAHIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Onuahia harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
8. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Onuahia and govern your use of the Services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. These Terms may be modified by Onuahia at any time upon notice to you. Your continued use of the Services after such notice will be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms.
